TEHRAN- The spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade announced the follow-up on the working capital of industrial units and said: “We are pursuing the payment of the support package in cooperation with the Central Bank so that the country's production and industry sectors can continue with strength.”

Ezzatollah Zare’i, in an exclusive interview with IRNA, stated: “We ask the Central Bank to facilitate the payments quickly, although some payments have been made, they have not been made sufficiently, as we had expected.”

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, pointing out that the raw materials needed by production and industrial units are a priority, said: “In coordination with customs, these raw materials are being cleared, and the process from order registration to clearance is being followed up.”

He announced that the production and industrial sector is active and said: “Production is ongoing; we have no problems in the chain and network from production to distribution.”

While appreciating the entrepreneurs, he said: “The Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade monitors the daily needs of industrial and production units. The Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade also visits the units in person and daily to meet the needs of this sector, ensuring the continuity of production.”
